Jeannie Curtin, Chief Executive Officer, began her career with IMG in 2004 in HR, collateral development, sales strategy and forecasting. With a background in marketing and communications, Jeannie expanded her expertise over two decades to oversee all aspects of our business. She has been a key component in IMG’s growth in managed commercial real estate while maintaining our reputation as the best-in-class riser manager in the country.
Lisa Shoulders has been with IMG for 22 years and Chief Operating Officer for 15. She manages our 24/7 Customer Support Team as well as our entire Field Operations Team from coast to coast; over 60 professionals. She knows how to balance all aspects of relationship management, employee relations/development, data analysis, sales goals, workforce optimization and ongoing process improvement.
Deborah Hargrave is Director of Client Support with over 14 years at IMG. She excels at improving performance, identifying opportunities, and successfully defusing the toughest challenges in our call center. The depth and breadth of her industry experience enables her to interface with executives from various departments and divisions internally and externally to give our clients the solutions and expertise they have come to expect from IMG.
As Director of Technology Services with over 20 years of telecommunications experience, Lindsay Hall is an advocate for building managers and owners. She assists with telecommunications carriers and advanced technology services, and contracts to help position a building to attract technology savvy tenants. While assisting the asset, she acts as an extension of the management team to help advise them, along with the leasing team, to answer questions and interact with tenants while moving into the property.
Jennifer Muhlbach is IMG’s Director of Accounting and has been with the company for 15 years. Leading the finance team, she oversees financial operations, reporting and strategic decision-making. Jennifer leverages her analytical expertise to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.
Based in Chicago, Tish Mailloux is one of IMG's lead technicians and a member of the IBEW Local 134. She has been with IMG since her apprenticeship in 2014 and holds a variety of certifications including BICSI, OSHA, Corning, etc. Tish mentors apprentices for her team and is a role model in the growing movement of women in the trades.
